How do you lose belly fat. Losing that extra pounds can be frustrating for many, and your health might be at risk. Medical practitioners keep warning people about that deadly belly fat. Being overweight increase the risk of diabetes, heart disease, stroke and other health issue.


Modern life style created busy people, working long hours, not having enough time to prepare simple, healthy meal. After long day at work, take-away food, or products from supermarkets become every day meal for many. Are you in the group of people with bad eating habits, and wish to change it?

My idea of losing weight is changing eating habits. Organising a weekly planner is a must. Write down what you eat every day. Make a shopping list, and try to stick to it. Buy healthy products. Include plenty of fruit and vegetables on your list. Fresh juice, plenty of water is good for your body. Sweets and white flour should be avoided, or cut intake. To help with body cleansing, include some herbal teas in your diet.


By eating the right food and stick to your nutrition plan, your get results. Shed the body fat and get leaner and firmer. Stop harming your health and your waist line.
