When it comes to your body you have tried your best to keep it physically well. You've started going to bed early, began to exercise three to five times a week, lifted weights and even watched what you eat. People have started noticing the thinner you are and your clothes are beginning to fit you differently. Even with all this, there is still one thing that's not right and it threatening to undermine all the hard work you did to get your self back on track and control: belly fat. Out of all the areas of the body, the belly area, seems to be more difficult of all to banish.
Belly fat should not be pulling you down especially if you've been working so hard to get your body where it makes you happy and confident about yourself. In order to solve and change our perspective on our problem it's always good to understand the source of it. One thing we have to understand is that belly fat is different than the other fat deposits that are collected in part of our body. Belly contains two different types of fat which are, visceral fats and subcutaneous fats. Visceral fats is fat that cushions and protects the organs, and subcutaneous fats is fat that sits directly beneath the skin layers. When you first began to exercise most might find that they lose weight from their belly immediately but it then begins to stop.
The problem could be your stress levels which you would need to manage them. Studies have shown that belly fat is more likely to stay belly fat in people with higher stress levels. Stubborn belly fat can be eliminated if you start decreasing you daily stress levels and not only doing this but also adding a new element to your daily exercise program. Your body can get use to an exercise routine over time almost inured to them. What can be helpful is taking on a class, like Pilates, that is specifically targeting your core area helping you tone, strengthen and shape that stubborn belly area and eliminate that ugly belly fat.
